Thomas’s entrepreneurial journey began early.

A New York native, he launched his first business while still in high school, developing an entrepreneurial mindset rooted in innovation, problem-solving, and growth strategy. Originally entering the telecommunications industry, he quickly gained firsthand experience building businesses from the ground up and understanding the operational challenges entrepreneurs face.

That foundation would later shape his strategic approach across marketing, construction, and real estate.

Before founding his own agency, Thomas relocated to Dallas, Texas, where he expanded his experience with FedEx Office in both corporate sales and national sales support leadership roles.

During his time there, Thomas designed, developed, and implemented a nationwide sales support program for FedEx Office that continues to support hundreds of sales professionals nationwide.
